Alison D’Oyley is ‘Drawn by Nature’

Member Alison D’Oyley has a forthcoming exhibition ‘Drawn by Nature’ to include drawings, watercolours and original limited edition silkscreen and linocut prints. Alison’s work is inspired by nature’s networks and grids, for example insect wings or winter trees, and also reflections and shadows – beautiful but ephemeral.

The Exhibition can be viewed at Norfolk Wildlife Trust’s Cley Visitor Centre from Wednesday 10th to Tuesday 23rd January, 2018. Free entry and parking.

Alison D’Oyley belongs to Links & Layers, a group of eight artists with a textile link. Alison along with Pauline Wrighton are also members of the West Norfolk Artists Association. The artists’ use a diverse range of media in their work – from concrete and glass making to felt, stitch, painting and printmaking.
