Artist's Statement

Having always sketched as a hobby, I started painting regularly after retiring to Norfolk. Watercolour being my first choice, I have moved on to pastels and pastel pencils. I have specialised more in animals and now have commissions distributed world wide. I enjoy getting the essence of the animals in as simple a way possible.
