Artist's Statement

Martin Eden attended the Slade School of Fine Art 1974/78……

Always knew I would end up living in Norfolk from about the age of eleven…..to live near the sea close to the countryside seems like heaven.

I have a small design business based in Covent Garden since 1981.

Now paint for pleasure... love all the various influences that have remained with me culminating in either abstracts or collages or paintings based on both... love the freedom of the colours in the abstracts... enjoy the surrealist element to the collages... fusing both in Pop Art style painting.
