The Five Painters Exhibition

Thornham Village Hall,
Main Rd,
Thornham,
PE36 6LX.
Weekend of 5th – 6th October
10-5

Over the weekend of the 5th and 6th October, five Norfolk artists will host an exhibition of their paintings in the well-known venue of the Village Hall at Thornham on the North Norfolk coast. Not only will the exhibition be showcasing the work of the five artists, but it will also be supporting the essential work of the Stroke Association charity.

The five painters involved are Jill Ilett, Stephen Martyn, Kit Price Moss, Julie Witt and Paul Dark. Each of the five paints in a different style, but they all share a love of the Norfolk landscape, although their work is certainly not limited to local scenes!

Event organiser Stephen Martyn says “I hope you will join me in supporting this exhibition. The Stroke Association is a very worthy charity and I have been privileged to work with it and to see for myself the benefits that art therapy can bring to those who have been unfortunate enough to suffer a stroke. Don’t miss this opportunity to support a charity whose help any one of us might need one day. There’s some pretty good artwork on show too!”

At the exhibition there will be information about the Association’s work and group members that you can chat to. The exhibition is open from 10am – 5pm on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October. Admission is free.
