If anyone is travelling in the Ironbridge direction, please do pop in to see the exhibition at Ironbridge Fine Arts Printmakers. It’s the Annual Open Printmakers Exhibition.
Exhibits are selected from a nationwide call-out. It was a wonderful surprise to have my etched monotype print ‘Rising Sun’ selected.
The blurb on the flyer says the show is ‘a testament to the pinnacle of contemporary printmaking’ – this may be a slight exaggeration but it’s good to be positive!! As I’ve never been to Ironbridge, it will be an adventure getting there and a good excuse for a couple of days exploring.
The exhibition is on from 12th September – 18th November 2023.
